21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Afterschool Kindergarten Enrichment Program

Dear Parents and Guardians: 

As your child begins their Kindergarten experience we would like to offer you the opportunity to enroll your child in the South Huntington Summer Enrichment Program.  The South Huntington School District along with our partners provides this program free of charge and is geared to help further your child’s educational development.  Some program details include: 

• FREE Grant-funded summer program for math, literacy, and social and academic enrichment.

• Hours: 9:00 -11:00 AM; Days: Monday-Friday
• Program Dates: July 7, 2025- August 8, 2025
• Student transportation is provided by the program. 
• Enrollment is now open. Students are selected based on grant criteria. If your child is not initially selected, your child will be placed on a waiting list and may be enrolled as spots become available.

Inscripción al Programa de Preparación de Verano para Kínder

Programa de Enriquecimiento de Kínder Extraescolar de los Centros de Aprendizaje Comunitario del Siglo XXI (21st CCLC)

Estimados padres y tutores:

Al comenzar su experiencia en kínder, les ofrecemos la oportunidad de inscribir a su hijo en el Programa de Enriquecimiento de Verano de South Huntington. El Distrito Escolar de South Huntington, junto con nuestros socios, ofrece este programa gratuito y está diseñado para impulsar el desarrollo educativo de su hijo. Algunos detalles del programa incluyen:

• Programa de verano GRATUITO, financiado por una subvención, para matemáticas, lectoescritura y enriquecimiento social y académico.
• Horario: 9:00 a. m. a 11:00 a. m.; Días: lunes a viernes
• Fechas del programa: 7 de julio de 2025 - 8 de agosto de 2025
• El programa proporciona transporte estudiantil.

Las inscripciones ya están abiertas. Los estudiantes se seleccionan según los criterios de la subvención. Si su hijo no es seleccionado inicialmente, se le colocará en una lista de espera y podrá inscribirse según haya plazas disponibles.
