The South Huntington Council of PTAs awarded scholarships and achievement awards to nearly 60 exceptional Walt Whitman High School seniors from the Class of 2025. These students embody the best qualities of our high school and represent the best of our community. They’ve exceeded expectations in academics, music and the arts, athletics, vocational skills and citizenship, and we are proud to offer them these scholarships and awards. 

Thanks to the extremely generous support of the South Huntington community with both the Miss Chocolate Fundraiser and the Lip Sing for Scholarships event that allow our South Huntington Council of PTAs to provide these well deserved scholarships for Walt Whitman’s seniors! We are extremely thankful for the community who supported our fabulous PTA’s efforts.
