Walt Whitman High School is pleased to announce that junior Marc Malafronte has been accepted into the 2021 SCMEA All-County Jazz Ensemble on guitar! Marc has been playing guitar since well before his participation in Stimson Middle School’s Jazz Band and has been an active member in the high school’s Jazz Band all throughout his time at Whitman. In addition, Marc plays the cello in the high school’s Symphonic Orchestra where he displays his instrumental talents there as well. Congratulations, Marc!

The 2021 SCMEA All-County Jazz Ensemble performance will take place at East Islip High School on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 7PM.
