Congratulations to Walt Whitman High School Senior Fern Brazeau on receiving the 2022-2023 Long Island Scholar Artist Award in the area of Dance! Fern was one of twenty selected Scholar Artists from across Long Island whose photo and profile were published in Newsday this September.
“Fern aims high and is absolutely fabulous,” expressed WWHS Dance Instructor, Sue Turner-Radin. The Whitman senior has been dancing for over 11 years both in school and out of school, practicing ballet and maintaining her technical skills as she applies to colleges with her sights set on Butler in Indiana.
