Thank you Sara Petter and the managers at Lowe’s for your donation and for helping to bring this community partnership to life! thumbnail138289
Thank you Sara Petter and the managers at Lowe’s for your donation and for helping to bring this community partnership to life!

Recently Ms. Workman’s class partnered up with Lowe’s to revamp Countrywood’s central courtyard. The second graders spent the afternoon pulling weeds, raking leaves, and turning the soil to prepare the courtyard for tulip bulbs and colorful fresh flowers to bring new life to the space.

Second grader Camden has the luck of his mother Sara Petter being one of the managers at Lowe’s Home Improvement. Thanks to their grateful donation of flowers and gardening supplies, the communal space was able to receive the much-needed makeover with the help of Camden and his classmates. The students, along with a few class parents, came in on the sunny afternoon and enjoyed getting their hands dirty to complete this beautiful community project.
