Good luck to the Stimson students who will be representing the school at the Long Island National History Day Competition at Hofstra University on Sunday, March 31.  These students have worked all year researching triumphs and tragedies in history.  They are presenting their research in the form of exhibits, presentations, websites, and documentaries. Karen Schmitt, Stimson, and Walt Whitman Social Studies teacher also brought to our attention that Carly McEntee, a freshman at Walt Whitman High School will also be presenting her individual documentary.

Congratulations and good luck to our Stimson students: Delaney Alicea, Daralyn Alicea, Maryam Babar, Eliana Montague, Rijaa Zaidi, Lillian O’Phelan, Shelly Chen and Samantha Unger, Zahra Choudry, Alana Marzigliano, Morgan Fulcher, Nicole Wittleder and Kristianne DiMaulo, Kate Buckshaw, Noelle Decker, Kasey Wagner, Jacob Philip, Anthony Maida, Tyler Mezadurian, Max Rosen, Emily Redelman, Isabelle Minero, Emma Kowalczyk, Alex Bogdani, Suzanne Philip, Sarah Cruz, Ariel Neirs, Jadelyn Cho, Sawyer Diamond, Nicole Yerys, Vladimir Gaberman, Adelrhany Georges, and Kaitlyn Mondry.
