Mrs. Brendel and Mr. Dwyer's fourth-grade class at Maplewood invited their parents to a Wax Museum recently. The students did a biography report on a person they admire or look up to. However there was a twist adding to the fun and excitement for the guests, the students dressed up as their person of interest and did an oral presentation. The students researched the person they chose and also created an "All About Me Box" which included related objects or pictures artfully placed in a shoe box. Some of the people that were at the museum were Steve Jobs, Babe Ruth, Walt Disney, Amelia Earhart, Simone Biles, and Sally Ride. The class did an outstanding job!
