This marks the fourth year of Walt Whitman High School hosting another memorable Lip Sync Battle, where students verse the teachers in an array of entertaining performances.  From students enacting music from Broadway’s Hamilton and Spongebob’s “Ripped Pants,” to teachers and their families performing “Baby Shark,” the evening was full of surprises, music, and a whole lot of laughter.

The evening serves as a fundraiser for the senior class under the advisory of Ms. Diane Langhorst-Zamow and she would like to thank all who participated and came out to support the senior class on Friday evening.

Special thanks to the Senior Class officers for coordinating the Lip Sync show, SDE and Alex Dollin for coordinating all of the sound, and the Lamplighter team for all of their help with lighting and backstage. Thank you to judges Mr. Miranda, Mrs. Tonna, Mr. Karavias (aka Shakira), Mrs. Bunnell, and Mr. Varlamos for MCing the evening. Thank you to all of the students who came forward to battle the teachers and thank you to Mr. Murphy and all of the Walt Whitman faculty who participated!
