We hear from Mrs. Deanna Morga, a Walt Whitman Social Studies Teacher and DECA Advisor that on January 3, 2019, forty-one DECA students competed against schools from across Suffolk County in their first round of competitive events at Suffolk Community College.   “Walt Whitman DECA enjoyed much success at the regional competition and brought home 27 trophies.” All these DECA placers qualify to attend the DECA State Competition this March in Rochester.
