One of the true late autumn pleasures is the annual presentation of our Main Stage Theater Company Production. This dynamic show brings tremendous energy and creativity to South Huntington while accentuating our district’s unwavering commitment to the arts. Each year, our outstanding director Sue Turner-Radin galvanizes her talented students into a cohesive theatrical troop, which brightens the stage and provides first-class entertainment before the holiday season.

And this year was nothing short of amazing as the curtain rose on the production of Noises Off.  Parents, staff, students and community members poured into Whitman’s Performing Arts Center to enjoy the very finest theater program and talented cast, director, and crew that Long Island has to offer. Called “the funniest farce ever written,” Noises Off presented a manic menagerie of itinerant actors rehearsing a flop called Nothing’s On. Doors slamming, on and offstage intrigue, and an errant herring all figured in the plot of this hilarious and classically comic play.
