Varsity Baseball coach Keith Barrett and his team worked hard to get the wins needed for a shot at the playoffs. “Getting a win against Smithtown East in our second to last series set us up for our final series against Riverhead where we needed two out of three which we got on the final day of the season.”

Beating Deer Park 3-1 this past Saturday gave the Wildcats their first playoff win in years- and sets up today's game against a powerhouse in West Islip who holds an 18-2 record. In the Deer Park win pitchers, Sean Williams started and Charles Hardwick closed it out. Senior AJ Brookman provided stellar offense with 2 hits, an RBI and run scored. Congratulations Varsity Wildcats Baseball and Good luck in the next round of Playoffs.
