Students at Silas Wood are participating in the “Smoking Stinks Day” program. This is the theme for this year’s Just Say No To Tobacco Day, which is recognized nationally. Ms. Annie Guthrie and Ms. Katie Delargy from the Huntington Youth Bureau came to lunch periods and provided students with information regarding the dangers of smoking. Students pledged to be tobacco free by signing “Smoking Stinks” pledges. These pledges will be displayed in the Home and Careers hallway.

Way to Go Silas Wood!
