Walt Whitman senior field hockey player Kerry Conlon has signed a letter of intent to play for the Spartan’s of Saint Thomas Aquinas College next fall. “Kerry had a great season for us and played a key role in both the offense and defense,” said Varsity Coach Karen Schmitt. “She was one of the hardest working players I’ve ever had the pleasure of coaching.”  Kerry works at field hockey all year and plays for the Lasting Legacy Field Hockey Club on Long Island, a group dedicated to providing its members the opportunity to improve their field hockey skills through individual and team instruction. “It’s her hard work that got her to where she is,” said Coach Schmitt.  “She really is dedicated to Field Hockey.”

Congratulations Kerry!
