Even though the Long Island Ducks started the week with a solid win over the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs 5-3 on Monday night, what really got the Ducks going in the right direction was the perfect pitch of Countrywood’s second-graders singing the “National Anthem” to open the game.

Congratulations to Countrywood music teacher Adam Slawitsky, and his talented crew from Ms. Burr’s, Ms. Trebour’s, Ms. Nicolino’s and Ms. Kreider’s classes.
