Nothing captivates the thrill of victory, and the agony of defeat quite like dodge ball.

It has become one of the most anticipated annual events for our Walt Whitman seniors.  And the same can be said for our high school teachers. Whether they’re participating or just plain thankful it’s over and they didn’t have to get our there using muscles long forgotten, the Senior Sports Night always provides a great time and lots of laughs. Basketball, Volleyball, Dodge Ball, Musical Chairs, Mission Impossibly, and Tug of War all allowed senior students and their teachers to show off their athletic prowess as fans cheered their approval in Whitman's packed South Gymnasium.

Thank you Philip Orlando for the great photos.
