The new Target store which will open officially on October 13th held a VIG (very important guests) soft opening today at 5PM. As the Walt Whitman Marching Band played, invited guests made their way into the sparkling new store. Once inside, refreshments were served, and an official ribbon-cutting ceremony was held.
