This past Thursday, Oakwood’s 2nd grade singers, under the direction of Ms. Luella Pinelli, entertained the Huntington Hills Senior Citizens group at the Sweet Hollow Presbyterian Church. The students sang a collection of songs that featured the use of Boomwhackers musical tubes, an autoharp, and sign language.

After entertaining the seniors, the thirsty singers were provided juice boxes and chips before boarding their bus back to Oakwood.

What?  never heard of Boomwhackers?
