Overview:   In this activity the students will practice turning singular nouns into plural nouns. They will need to read each word and then type its plural in the circle next to it.

Lesson Sequence:

1) Using the overhead monitor the teacher will review singular nouns and plural nouns.
                     Singular noun names one person, place or thing.
                    Plural noun names more than one person place or thing.

2) Review the adding of a final  ‘s’ to form most, but not all, plural nouns.

3)  Read all the words, and explain that they are to type the plural form of the word  in the circle next to it.

4) Complete the first one as a class. Activity may be used as an independent activity.
