Overview: This activity will allow the students to categorize spelling words by identifying the ending sound. The student will also practice spelling the words and inserting data, by typing the spelling words into the correct shape.

Lesson Sequence:

1. Using the overhead monitor the teacher will explain that the class will be reviewing their spelling words using Kidspiration.

2. Review all the words in the cloud. Discuss how they are the same. Discuss some of the differences.

3. Review how to enter text by clicking in the shapes twice.

4. This lesson can be used as an independent activity.
